My experience at Harold Wood Audi could have been better because the vehicle we purchased was damaged and had a number of issues that should have been resolved prior to the sale. The vehicle was at best wiped over and unclean. The damage was repaired satisfactory but as of now I have had no compensation for the inconvenience of having to take time off to drop off and collect the vehicle. A hire car was provided by the Group, when I drove out of the dealership there were 0 miles on the fuel tank, I put £10 in to get me home and the car still showed 0 miles, it was literally running on fumes. Our salesman was professional throughout but that is the only positive we will take away from what should have been an exciting experience, we work hard for our money!
